Let Ninja/Rogue skip Atma phase

I know they stated to the contrary.

But I don't think it should be the case.

Why? One set of Atma was enough... a second set for a current subclass is enough... a third set & subsequent sets for every next Job release, too much.

If it weren't so insanely RNG-based, sure.

But a person can easily spend 40+ hours collecting 12 Atma's. And the process is quite dull.

Having to Animus/Novus+ the Ninja is good enough IMHO.

Additionally, I think Atma should've applied to subclasses to begin with if that matters.

You still need insane amounts of myth, you still need to unlock the Relic Zenith, you still need Novus requirements, etc.

^This. 3-4+ months to gather up 12 atma is more than enough. If anything is going to be a gate for fresh Ninjas, it's going to be the animus book phase.

they specified in yesterday's radio show that ninja and rogue will need atma and that you should start farming it now.

Yoshi already mentioned if you want to go after Nin relic stuff you should go ahead and start collecting the atma now.
