Deeepvoid Slave Boss ( Dzemeal Darkhold )

My guild and I just got to this Ogre Boss in the Dzameal Darkhold and wiped on it twice. He is the Ogre from the Video released a while back. He spawns many ghost mobs called Chain Bearer's and we cannot figure out any tactics as of yet to beat it. We tried fighting the Ogre and ignoring the ghosts and tried having one tank hold the boss while the rest of us burned down the ghosts, but nothing made us last more than mere seconds. Please feel free to post any strategies that you might have for beating this boss.

My ls tried it a total of 6 times between 2 run, and just got slaughtered every time.

Gona go after it again tomorrow try to figure out the secrete to killing it.

That room is just a death trap. So far we tried the following.

-Fighting out of the room = death
-being out of the ring = death
-attacking a ghost = death
-fighting in the center it aoe spams so it kills the mages

Those ghost we think play a part in it, but got too late and people had to log so will test out our theorys tomorrow.

By tanking in the center and kiting when the ghosts chase the ogre?

So kite it then?

No need to kite the ghosts, everyone just has to be in the center while the ghosts are on the ledge to be out of aoe and then move to the ledge when the ghosts go in the center. rest is pretty straightforward . Just keep chipping away at him.


One thing i do hate tho is the fact that you cant fall off the ledges from anywhere. have to go around and down -_-
