Game shuts down slowly and now won't load (no responsive/crash-ish)

I may need help. Last night when I shut my game down it took a few seconds which seemed odd. Today I try to launch and it just spirals forever (not responding). In the event I need to uninstall/reinstall, where do I find the DL?

Is anyone else having this issue?


And is there some sort of checkfiles like there was for XI?

I rebooted my computer and was able to launch the game. I swear it has something to do with yesterday's windows updates, but my computer rebooted during those, and I had no issues launching the game yesterday, just the weird slow laggy shutdown.

Really freaking me out.

Any ideas/comments?

As for the DL, I was in Alpha/Beta from day one so never had to really DL like a player person. These DL's always came from Beta Forums. So I'm clueless. I looked on Mogstation but couldnt find anything

Could very well been an update. I noticed windows updated listed a zazer update for my mouse, it installed dx 10 then the game wouldn't launch so I had to restore to a couple days back.
