frankly I dont think its really a problem, mmo's with queues have always been this way.
I agree, as long as people keep putting them down, they won't pickup the PLD or Healer class because nobody wants the weight of the party on their shoulders.

Once people start complaining about hate control or dying because they couldn't reach you in time, they decide to hang it up because people complain too much and they don't wanna deal with it, so I say blame yourselves if you are the type of person who rags on people.
