"Entitled" just means that someone wants something that you don't personally think they deserve. People have different wants/needs. That's legit. Why throw a word around so much that it ceases to mean anything? Let's try to hear people's needs rather than putting them down. What makes you people think the 1 time restore can be used for anything you want? Do you guys actually know the conditions for using the 1 time restore? The ignorance of some people really just amazes me.

Because that is what it WAS for. Lots of people used it for that. In fact, I did. Like days before they went on sale. So close that I actually got the fantasy I BOUGHT before I got the fantasia they restored for me. They told me Fantasia used "correctly or incorrectly" was eligible. That being said now that you can buy them, of course they won't restore it. Kind of have to expect it.
