Morbol Menace a bit unfair for Bards

Morbol Menace is one of the potential enemies an alexandrite map can give you. This enemy does a seemingly unavoidable bind then immediately bad breaths you. A couple of these and you are dead. Even with a healer chocobo. Every job but Bard has a way of dealing with this mechanic.


Scholar: leech bind.
White Mage: esuna bind.
Paladin: stun when he tries to bad breath or use tempered will to break the bind.
Warrior: stun when he tries to bad breath.
Monk: stun when he tries to bad breath.
Summoner: physick spam to stay alive or have titan egi handle it.
Black Mage: physick spam to stay alive.
Dragoon: stun or elusive jump to break the bind.

Bard: nothing. We have no skills that can stun or interrupt his bad breath. We have no skill that breaks bind. Or repelling shot doesn't work when bound. Kiting doesn't help. He can bind you even if you're not even close to him.

The only strategy I've come across is aggro another enemy and have him hit you to break the bind. But the problem with this is that the enemy will be a low level and will miss you very frequently. If all its auto attacks miss then there's nothing you can do.

As a bard, this is the only alexandrite map enemy that gives me problems when soloing because we aren't designed to deal with it. And I think this is an oversight on Yoshi's part.
