Correct me if i’m wrong, but isn’t that what Huwey Lewey is asking? A way to split 1 account into 2, so that he and his girlfriend have their own separate accounts with their own subscription fees? I’ve been wondering myself if it’s possible to take a character from your current account and transfer it to a new account.

Huwey, did you check the MogStation for such a feature? I haven’t seen any reference to it in the past, but if SE supports such a feature, it should be located there.
