I am confused..Auto attack?

Why did they put this in again? The majority of the community really wanted this? I am curious not trying to spur anything I am really asking because I am confused. I thought the fighting was awesome and it made it a faster pace now it's just slow. (I Played FFXI for 5 years)

Obviously they can't adjust the delays of the weapons, so we must throw all aspects of auto-attack out.

still faster than waiting on stamina. Just get some TP and fire off those skills! and usually there is a skill or two now that has no TP usage to use in between auto attack and those TPs. Besides, its just the beginning of everything. We shall see more improvements to the system as time goes on.

Not only that, when I heard 'auto-attack' I thought they'd just set spirit dart or light thrust to spam itself, not to toss the entirty of the stamina system out of the window. Hate to say it but the pace of battle right now is really awkward, and that's if you're able to get auto-attack to even work for you.

Yeah the gain of TP is fine i don't mind that..It's just the pace of battle feels like it got halved or more. It is nice for tanks now though they don't have to worry about meleeing and hitting one they can just heal and worry about enmity and control. But besides that I still ask why.

That's such a bad example to put up against ffxiv..
Your trying to say a level 75 WHM with kclub is equal to anything in FFXIV at the current stage. On top of that, that video looks sped up. Take a level 1 warrior with a sword, vs. a GLA. and tell me who is faster.

Hmm actually I don't think it was an KClub honestly o.o the only guy who spammed the logs was the NIN/DNC i think. It was some other Club thingy D: I haven't been in the game for ughh quite a while now, but that wasn't looking like a KClub logwise. I could be wrong though.^^

No joke. If I could transport my Miqo'te PUG into FFXI and put it next to my Mithra Monk, both unbuffed, my Monk would be crying "hacker!".

Same with LNC compared to DRG... even before 1.18.

And one's using a Kracken Club? lol yeah. Comparison over.
