When a patch is coming out, they aren't going to reveal every bit of information about it until it's actually here. Them announcing 1 class doesn't necessarily mean that's ALL we're getting, nor does it mean we will be getting 1000 different classes/jobs. That's the nature of sneak peaks, they are virtually meaningless in the grand scheme of things. People just like to jump to conclusions because it justifies their obsessive need to complain about things.

If I were you, to be safe, just assume it isn't coming and plan out from there. That way you're not wasting time waiting around indefinitely and in the even that we do get it with 2.3, you will be pleasantly surprised.
