just to be clear, no gun class yet for sure?

i just am wondering if there will be a gun class in the near future or the recent announcement of ninja/thief means no. the only reason im asking is im almost done with atma and i dont want to use it on my bard then have to immediately farm again if i switch to corsair or whatever the gun class will be

When a patch is coming out, they aren't going to reveal every bit of information about it until it's actually here. Them announcing 1 class doesn't necessarily mean that's ALL we're getting, nor does it mean we will be getting 1000 different classes/jobs. That's the nature of sneak peaks, they are virtually meaningless in the grand scheme of things. People just like to jump to conclusions because it justifies their obsessive need to complain about things.

If I were you, to be safe, just assume it isn't coming and plan out from there. That way you're not wasting time waiting around indefinitely and in the even that we do get it with 2.3, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I hate to compare things or history but looking back in when ff11 first expansion came out "RotZ" 3 advanced jobs came out along with it which was drg nin and Sam. So may b if square enix fallow on that same foot step, we might get 3 job s before or with the expansion

There is still Letter from the Producer LIVE Part XV which hasn't been released yet. It's scheduled for Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (PDT) so wait and see it might be announced there.
