Limsa Lominsa, "Price of Integrity" -- Graphics -- Lalafell Eyelash Corruption

When the player is in the field in Limsa Lominsa and is progressing through the "The Price of Integrity" questline, the player will observe a cut scene in which the Lalafell player character is speaking to Urianger. During this cut scene, it is observed that the player character's eyelash does not display correctly when set against the character's hair.

This is incorrect because the player character's eyelash should display correctly from all angles.

Please fix this issue by ensuring that the player character's eyelash will display correctly during this cut scene.

NOTE: It is unsure whether this issue exists for more character models than the Lalafell Plainsfolk female, and it is unclear whether this issue is related to the in-game time of day.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start the game through the installer build.
2) Progress through the "The Price of Integrity" questline until reaching the cut scene in the field (after speaking to Walcher in Wineport).
3) In the cut scene, observe the graphical corruption of the Lalafell player character's eyelash.
