Consern regarding Brutal Mode

brutal coil is like the zodiac quest but for hardcore players. you don't need to do it, but you want to show off to your fellow gamers. if you don't like the idea of brutal coil, then its pretty simple, don't partake in it.

The title is more than enough. The entire point of Brutal Coil is the challenge itself, not the reward. Be grateful you even get a reward from it, and that it's something that is permanent not temporary like equipment.

You are assuming players will beat it.
Its an unfinished content even devs could not beat without any balancings, lets call it "unfair mode"...
It is strange how the crowd of eliteists are thinking they even CAN beat it...
Dont you ever think it could be one of those impossible Combats (we knew those from other FF-games) where you can not win but all that counts is how far you come?

Edit: I think after seeing the Damage Output of bluegatherer the devs think: "they MAY can handle it", but that does not mean they are able to beat that content. Have you already forgotten how it was before they fixed the twisters on twintania? When they now say it is zero state then it will be as hard as it was back then... oh, well... if you have tryed it back then...

Because you want to stand out as "The person who is better and has things they don't"? Yes, clearly mocking and insulting others with a poor attitude.

It is easiest to tell gloaters from normal players when SE does one of two things:
1. Vanity crafted gear that looks the same.
2. Same gear gets easier to get.
Gloaters are quick to complain that now they are no longer special snowflakes and all the envy they deserved from poor players is ruined.
