I don't know how, but I could suggest for example making Class Soul Crystals that also boost stats, Class AF / other armor, weapons and of course Class specific skills that would separate them from the jobs. A good part would of course also be the fact that you can mix and match more of your cross class skills.

I don't know, I just got more inspired after I saw the Scout / Ninja video because I think Scout looked way, way, way cooler than Ninja.

So anyway, like this post, comment and give suggestions in hopes of making Classes viable some day.
There is a glamour system you know, considering ninja has every rogue ability, just uh... dress it with non-ninja gear?
