Cannot buy Fantasia with credit card help :(

Everytime I try to buy fantasia I get a 401 error. It seems like if I use my credit card to purchase this keeps happening. I don't really like to buy "Crysta" since I prefer direct payment so I would really appreciate you guys to fix this as soon as you can!

I got home last night and tried using my discover card instead of my Visa and bought 3 instead of 1 and it went through.
Seems like it might be an error with buying 1 instead of 3?

I used my Mastercard and tried to buy 3. Sadly I don't have any other cards to try with. All I know is that the fault is not on "my side", seeing I have more than enough money on it and I triple-checked that I put in the right information. I emailed the support yesterday, just waiting for the reply now.
