Meh. It's 30 mins anyways.
Least we got a good 10min(?) discussion on the new class sooo... 1/3 of the segment with actual meat is still a good deal.

At the risk of sounding ungrateful, I felt a little underwhelmed too. Bar the rouge/ninja reveal, it was like a shorter version of a normal live letter. I was hoping for some expansion news, but from what I understood, we won't get any solid news until around October when the fanfest is. Which makes me believe that the expansion is still far far off.
I do hope more stuff is revealed during FFXIV's E3 this week and not just 2.3. I would really like to see that new CG trailer that's been rumoured. At least we're getting the new class and job which look cool.
Am I one of the few people that's happy? 2 new classes, yeah sure they're more dps, but heck they could give us nothing. Poison up stuff as a rogue, yeah gimme some of that. Be bangin my mhudras out like a boss!
Workshops, creating airships etc? Yes please yoshi-san!
Would I LIKE other stuff? Course i would, but damn, I'll be happy they're giving us anything new and taking into consideration what we're saying.
IDK, I was kind of dissapointed in all honesty but seriously, that Bayohne guy needs to go.
People seem to be misunderstanding a bit. I wouldn't say I'm not happy, but for an E3 stream that was very lackluster and a lot of it was pointless questions that disappointed me as far as something to show at E3. As far as i'm concerned the only big news or things worth talking about were the new classes, airships, super coil mode, and marriage. All of which could have could just been put into a dev post of a letter from the producer forum post. For the 15-20 minutes of actual E3 worthy news and information we had to sit through questions about hug emotes and chocobo companions. I'm not saying those questions weren't worth asking or answering, but they weren't worth asking or answering during an E3 stream. E3 is supposed to be the place you talk about new classes, content, and expansions not about making a hug emote.Am I one of the few people that's happy? 2 new classes, yeah sure they're more dps, but heck they could give us nothing. Well the week isn't over yet so maybe they are saving the best for last. I know I would.People seem to be misunderstanding a bit. What else is there though besides the 2.3 part two letter Thursday? I mean they could obviously throw stuff in at the end to throw the JP Playerbase a bone since most of them probably missed this, but this was supposed to be the E3 stream where all of our hopes and dreams would be confirmed or crushed and instead of doing that they talked about hug emotes.
