They could add a support role but still I think the wait times will be an issue in the future.
Not sure if it was just for dev purposes, but when Yoshi qued up for 2nd CT, it listed that it took 1 tank 2 heals and 5 dps, that right there should shorten que times by 25% for dps for that raid.
