Lol Mnk is not a tank, it was used as a tank, and so was nin. These jobs in ff14, under a system which specifies a jobs role, are dps. In ff11 the subjob system together with the flaw that hate was mainly determined by damage meant many jobs could fill the role of a tank. Current ff14 is very different as jobs have to fill a set role. I did love the variety of 11, but what you end up with is the majority of the population playing a few jobs (or just MNK).
