[PS4] Cannot sign on with a different user ID

I started a new account and have been playing it on PC, but when I downloaded ARR on my PS4 it had my old account name on the log in screen and cannot be changed if I try to click on that box. The old account no longer exists anyway because I deleted it.

If anyone has any answer to my issue it would be greatly appreciated.

the seriel code applies to what you are playig a pc version and a ps4 so I may not work

I purchases a pc edition and a ps4 edition separately, but for some reason my ps4 edition is locked to my old, deleted square enix account. The account no longer exists. I just cannot change the ID to my new one on the log in page.

To play the ps4 edition of the game you have to have the ps4 liscence for that account.

Your old service account is attached to the ps4 license yes?

Does your new service account have BOTH a PC and ps4 license.
If the answer is no. Then you can't play the game on your ps4.

You have to have both liscenses on the same service account to be able to play on the both devices.

If your psn is tied to an old SE account you no longer use you need to submit a ticket and have the accounts unlinked.
