baby opo opo drop rate and questions

I know the run the Baby Opo Opo drops in but is there an extremely low drop rate or is there a (special) kill you gotta do? I have ran it 6 times last night alone and dozens before and never seen it drop, is there a special monster place holder that hast to be defeated, most parties do a lock out before first boss (speed run), is there something I'm missing?

in all of the weeks/months since that dungeon has been available, i have never seen the drop. never.

I think it's only dropped from killing last boss. It goes straight into your inventory as well apparently (you don't roll on it).

That was changed. You actually roll for it now as far as I know. Not that I've even seen it happen yet myself >.>

I run it 20 times a week with an alt. Never seen it drop

we do nothing but full runs (seen you are unable to receive tombstone of soldiery, you have reached your weekly limit all 6 runs last night) we kill the last boss (unless everyone quits due to wipe), the ones whos seen it drop, was it speed runs (all 3 bosses) or did y'all clear all the mobs (non-boss included)?

Never seen it drop in over 300+ runs :P
