Well, this guy does. Should not be surprised about the waiting times. Try playing with other people as well, or are you "english onry"?
I have done that in the past, have all languages checked to get a faster queue, but I had some horror stories so I don't bother with it unless I'm REALLY desperate. That being said, I don't tend to have very long wait-times as a DPS. Even if it's longer, I have other things to do (like crafting, etc). Unless it's CT. Then that's just ungodly long and I don't even bother.
