Need tips to improve like some knee high socks for feet, maybe a better skirt that Monk can use (I would use the Scholar AF one otherwise)

I'm not great at anime but I'm thinking Sakura from Street fighter, a school girl fighter who uses her fists.

patrician bottoms if you want the high stocking look, or hempen bottoms with either the sailor shoes or patrician shoes.

Also, I don't have a pic atm, if you want the "sexy/playboy-ish" look glamour these:

Patrician's Coatee (red, white, black or w/e color you want)
Hempen gloves (same as above)
Taffeta Loincloth (black)
Patrician Gaiters (same as loincloth)

You should try to be as unique as you can.
I like your boots. Every school girl player wheres nearly the same shoes...one being the Patrician shoes.

I don't mean to be rude with my earlier comment, so I apologize. If you go this route, seek to be unique. Like has been said above, pick your boots and skirt wisely so that you can look different. Pick a cute choker and some sort of bracelets, but avoid the popular picks.

It doesn't sound like the OP is purposely trying to look unique, rather going for a particular look no matter how popular or unpopular it may be. I wish I had some advice on what to use, but even with most crafting classes leveled I can't say I'm terribly familiar with what everything looks like.
