idk why this is so hard for people... if you arent fully paying attention to the fight/mechanics then you deserve to die and are to blame for making your statics progress come to a halt.

but some of my party members are a little slow to learn so this will help them until they are able to just see it on their own.

Yup. And healers shouldn't be moving during bouquet times in any case (and it's safe to land a heal during the cast time). If someone doesn't notice their screen going yellow, I don't know how they deal with everything else.
