Never ever push a mob away from a tank.

By pushing a mob away from a tank and then sleeping it, you are preventing the tank from using flash on that mob. Healers will still get aggro on that sleeping mob, even more if he used aero before sleeping.

You want to sleep a mob or use aero on it, sure. But don't push that mob away from the tank. Sleeping the mob without knocking it away from the tank will do what you are aiming to do better. Try playing a tank and you will know how frustrating it is.
