daily quests???

So it's 7:44 pst and there's no daily quests up yet and i did mine yesterday morning so is it to early for them? or is this a bug thanks

Oh so 8am then :P thanks i have today off and most times i don't do them this early and had no clue and now i feel dumb {hides under a rock} thank you very much
