Oh...

Yesterday as I was leveling my Arcanist I ran into an "orphaned Sylph" in East Shroud that seemed to appear out of no where. I tried to /soothe, /comfort but nothing happened, then it disappeared...

and I wondered what that was all about lol, didn't know what I was supposed to do with it.
