    PS4 Help

    Long story short. Have a buddy who plays on ps4 and his wife on ps3. he went on vacation and she used his ps4 . well she cannot play on ps3 anymore so she bought herself a ps4 so they can play together and now she cannot sign in on her new ps4. its only giving her the option to create a new character. she does not want to start all over. how can she transfer the account? were wondering is she is stuck on his ps4? I have gone to my buddies house and signed on his ps4 and then came home and played here again with no issues. Please help.

    I'm assuming they have two copies of the game? - sounds like an issue of which copy of the game is tied to which PSN account - need more details on what went on to try and guess an answer.

    Games are usually tied to PSN accounts, so when she used his PS4, did she also use his account to sign in, or did she use her own?
