				Try talking to Comcast Direct, they are considered an upper tier of their customer support.I just got off the phone with level3 isp (877-453-8353) and they informed me they are a wholeseller of internet to customers such as Comcast and so on. For me to get help with a node of theirs having issues, Comcast would need to open up a support ticket to them since they are a customer of level3. That is good info to know I just wish that the person I got on the phone at Comcast was better at taking this info and running with it than just asking me if my Modem lights are all lit when that isn't even the issue. So far comcast support has been blowing me off.
