I'm surprised that the topic had been derailed and misinterpreted very badly. First and foremost, this topic is about the follow feature being used in low levelled dungeons as a means to AFK to get the full reward with minimal effort - and not the fact that the healer does not want to dps.

I can understand the stance that those low levelled dungeons are boring as heck, but even so, I try to at least contribute some effort to make the run go faster, sometimes have a nice chat with the other players (which is pretty nice when they respond, imo). Not that I support healers having the requirement to dps, because even I don't dps from time to time. Lul.

I just don't support the fact that you can just set it to follow and do nothing while your pet heals. Some interaction or acknowledgement that you are there would be nice (even some movement to show you're at the keyboard/controler is good enough!) - rather than just watching you do absolutely nothing but auto-follow.
