You had the answer yourself. The word you used is expect. That is your expectation.

What I want to establish is that given that it is a design flaw from SE to allow EoS to enter under lvl 30 dungeons and thus allowing a lvl synced SCH to pet heal only, a SCH who does so is playing within the rules of the system. So does a WHM who just heals only and doesn't deal any DPS. It is allowed. Their job is healer, their icon is green, and thus the only job they had to do is heal. They will only get punished by GMs for refusing to heal, not refusing to DPS or do anything else. Period. This is a fact, not anyone's opinion.

People needs to get this clear in their mind.

I have never said or encouraged that everyone needs to play this way. There are many healers who would go the extra mile to deal some DPS to speed up the dungeon. This is their choice and they have to full rights to choose whether they want to or not. You don't force your values, opinions nor expectations on them in a PuG. If you have a strict expectation or code of conduct, play with your friends/LS/FC.

When you enter a PuG, you should enter with a mindset that only the minimum applies. You don't expect T8/T9 clear grade players to always appear in DF, nor you expect a one shot clear. Expecting all these things only set you into unnecessary unhappiness when you don't get them. When I do mythflox I can do it 5mins and under easy - is it really too much to expect it from my party when I go DF? You see what I mean?

Know what is really allowed by system and what is not - not your own views an opinion. In that way you are able to clearly differentiate which players are good, which players goes the extra mile and be appreciative of them.

This community needs more of this instead of thinking that almost everything done good should be a given.
