You can try to vote dismiss if you want, but if you didn't die I don't see an issue with it.

Ha! New way to level up a SCH!
Multibox with tank and SCH. Queue up for a low level dungeon (instant win, having two needed classes). Set SCH to follow while you main on tank. Level up two characters at the same time! And it's completely legit because:
Does that make you a "good" SCH? Who knows, but at least you're as efficient as others saying it's cool.
Please don't give gilsellers ideas. It was bad enough when I run into a bot-tank in a lowbie dungeon. Last thing we need is a bot-tank with an auto-healer attached to it.Ha! New way to level up a SCH!

Their job is to heal. They healed. I don't see the problem.
I've had worse healers that weren't afk.
PS. Eos can solo heal only the first few dungeons, so if anyone plans on relying on the minuscule exp you will be getting from them during higher levels to level up, have fun spamming them over nine thousand times.
eos can solo heal most dungeons with me only needing throw out occasional lustrates. lost city is annoying because i have to heal poison
If you don't like the healer kick him. If he do his job, i don't see your point. It's tam tara ...
You could do any of the following:
A. Vote Dismiss them for AFK'ing. Though finding a new healer may be a bit difficult.
B. have the person they are following drag them into potentially lethal AoE repeatedly, thereby racking up their repair bill, significantly if they actually die.
C. stop moving until they come back and ask why there hasn't been any progress made.
D. Vote Abandon the Duty and try again with a different group.
E. Leave the party yourself. Yes you would have a 30 minute wait time, but as you are a Tank class, after that 30 minutes is up you will likely insta-queue. Basically all you will end up with is the equivalent to a DPS's average wait time as a one-off.

ive healed everything up to lost city exclusively letting the fairy heal(while i dps) and didnt have to leave stance once or cast a single cure type spell.
good scholars are pretty awesome, ones like the OP is describing make us all look bad
