    Thank you GM Bublex and customer support agent Jake

    Recently, I had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding knowledgeable and friendly staff who helped me with an issue I had with receiving purchased phials of Fantasia. I would like to express my sincere thanks to GM Bublex and Jake of support service. Both individuals were able to immediately grasp the situation at hand and proceed with the appropriate steps of resolving my issue. They handled it with utmost professionalism: speed, courtesy, knowledge and friendliness. Both should be highly commended for not only their work but serving as examples of how support service and GM service should be run. If I were manager in your company I would promote both individuals and ask them to educate the staff on how support service and GM service should ideally be run.

    This post serves not only to give credit where it's due but to point out that encountering such service in customer support or GM is highly unusual. At least 99% of my interactions have been negative. Most of the support service lack education on how to deal with issues and give out false or misleading information that is extremely distressing. Similarly, the GMs give inappropriate or unhelpful automated replies.

    The root of the problem is education. Most of the staff dealing with the customers lack the knowledge base on how to deal with and resolve the problems quickly and appropriately.

    This a plea to educate your staff and fill it with more outstanding people like GM Bublex and Jake of support service. They are shining examples of how businesses should treat their customers.
