When can we post on server-specific boards?

It says my level is too low, and I'm anxious to make a post about the kind of FC I'm looking for.

Firstly, welcome to Eorzea!

According to this official post by the Community team about posting restrictions, it says you can post outside the New Player help and technical support sections once your character is level 15 and above.

However, this only extends to posts in existing threads made by others - you can't create a new thread outside this section until your character is at least level 25 sadly.
