High Allagan Composite Bow stats wrong?

I recently have noticed a stat discrepency in some of the i115 high allagan weapons. I am unsure if this was intentional or is in error or where to post this so hopefully this gets to whomever it may concern.

To begin i'd like to mention that for novus weapons at i110 you are given 75 points to allot to your secondary stats. On some of the High Allagan weapons there are 78 points allotted as would make sense. Others are not as high as one would think they should be:

Swords/shield - 75 - 23 Acc, 33 Crit / 6 Det, 13 Parry
Axe - 78 - 32 Acc, 46 Parry
Spear - 64 - 32 Crit, 32 Det
Fists - 78 - 32 Crit, 46 SS
Bow - 64 - 32 Acc, 32 Det
Staff - 78 - 32 Crit, 46 SS
Grimoire (smn) - 78 - 32 SS, 46 Crit
Grimoire (sch) - 79 - 9 Acc, 24 Pie, 46 Crit
Cane - 79 - 9 Acc, 24 Pie, 46 SS

As is pretty plain to see the stats dont add up like they should. Especially for Bard though i may be biased as i play bard... We do not even have our best secondary stat on the weapon much less have enough stats overall. I believe these stats need to be looked into and adjusted accordingly or hopefully a reason can be given as to why they are this way.

It's not about stats lining up to the exact totals. It's that value wise, some of the stats are worth more than others.

If it were 75 raw points, sure. But now it's crit or determination or gtfo. Those stats should take up more space...

also you have to notice that some of the other weapons have pointless(ish) stats... course that's dependant on who you're asking, but I feel skill speed/spell speed is pointless. These weapons are still technically better though due to the "physical" or "magic" damage.
