    hate to break it to ya mate but that is how squares customer support is be thankfull you get a gm to even talk to you when i first bought the game at launch of 2.0 i had problems with codes not working error messages on the instal and even disks not being able to be read i called squares customer support only to be hung up on after exactly 1 hour this whent on for 5 days of trying to reach them and had to buy 3 coppies of the collectors eddition of the game then finally was stuck only able to play on the ps3 cause i bought a pc copy and when i linked my ps3 copy to my account it overwrote my pc copy of the game after number of tickets and number of phone calls more i finally whent out and bought 2 more coppies of the game just to make sure i could finally play the game and still to this day have never gotten a straight answer from any square employee in regards to that problem so just get used to the fact they cant do anything and there customer support sucks cause they dont really care one thing i will give blizzard they pay there customer support well and there customer support reps will take care of your problem as quickly as possible unlike square who would rather just ignore you and hope you go away

    and fyi not hating on the game one bit as i love the game itself but there is no customer support and no care to ever have it from what square has shown all they care bout is your money after that you can fly a kite in a lightning storm as far as they care
