If it's subscription based then more than one user shouldn't be an issue. You know if they are getting subscription fees from both users.

Not being smug - and it's not nice insulting people for giving you information you don't like - but virtually every MMO is tied to an account and a password; but of course you can give that info to someone else at your own risk (though probably breaking the EULA by doing so).

I agree that it would be nice to be able to transfer ownership of the game to another person via customer support but I guess they don't usually do this as one measure to try and stop people selling accounts which I think is also against most EULAs. However, gifting prior to use of the software should be allowed - so if you haven't played it on your account yet they may be able to help.

I'm interested in your thought on MS - I have always had really poor support from them.
