In my opinion (as a lvl 50 sch/smn), ACN doesn't really get fun until you hit 30. Once you can choose scholar or summoner, it's crazy fun. Don't give up!

To be honest, that's a lot of classes. Some classes are more entertaining than others at low levels, although mostly only when you try to play them to maximum efficiency (eg swapping in/out of cleric stance as Conjurer to maximize healing and damage output, or dancing around enemies as Pugilist to maximize ability effectiveness).

Arcanist is kinda painful when your game play consists of "maintain two DoTs and spam Ruin", but as you get more cooldowns, DoTs to maintain, pet abilities, etc., it gets more interesting.
