    A question about healing amount received and determination....

    Does the amount of healing spell we cast scale with target's determination?
    This has been quite a discussion among members in my FC as some of em are not willing to believe that DET doesn't affect.

    Any idea or any proof? Have any FF crews said anything regard to this question?
