Tell is bugged

I've been recieving tells that aren't being parsed as tells. There is no sender like

name >> message

Just the message arrives looking like a say from no one.

Once I send a tell the perseon the name >> starts showing again.

Um... sorry to burst your bubble but I'm pretty sure it's happening to a large enough number of people. I seriously doubt that it's operating system or internet connection specific.
