No. Adding a cap to Atma acquisition per day would actually make the current system even worse. The pure RNG-based system added to the mind-numbing method to invoke is the problem here.
No. Animus book should honestly have something BESIDES myth as its gating mechanic. Even then, removing a mere 300(1/5) of the cost per book isn't much of a change.
This I can agree with, perhaps even lower the pop time. I'm sorry, those who like their nostalgia, but we(MMO Players) have progressed beyond thinking that waiting hours for content to pop is good design.
No. This one's optional, there's absolutely NOTHING requiring you to buy Alex. Cost is fine. Myth buy-in for inks should be replaced however.
No. Alex has the most options of progression as-is and has yet ANOTHER coming up. There is no reason to add another source.
Can't deny that there needs to be more options here, I'm really tired of the design philosophy of, "Hey, you're a crafter and have max gatherers? Guess what, you STILL can't obtain all that you need!" However, soldiery/seals isn't the way to go.

Truth be told, I misunderstood that suggestion. Thought you were suggesting that the bosses give that much additionally. That said, still don't agree with the with the idea. Someone who joins right before the final boss really shouldn't get more than half of the tome reward(half myth + all soldiery per your suggestion) the players who stuck it out for the entire dungeon did.

Curious why Myth reallocation in i70 dungeons won't have 'near the intended effect'?
Why won't that stop players from cutting out after 2-boss or doing practically nothing but Brayflox HM speed runs for Myth?

I am so so so so so so so so so so so sick of running dungeons.
I 'main'ed' PLD got 5 books done and on WAR atma now with 5 books done... and.... i tried to get a party finder to do garuda hard mode (i used to do 4 minute runs in i80 ish gear) or something for myth, just to do something different but alas to no avail because people only will do brayflox.
(note i already did myth worthy roulettes, and did random queueing in DF until there were no more instant queues.
Currently today i'm logged off at the moment because i'm just so sick of coil farming and dungeon farming for 2309209380923840298340293 mythology points..
I like playing all 9 jobs and having them geared with atma/animus/novus makes my head bleed with the amount of myth i'd need. (Currently they all have levi x weapons.)
No more dungeons for myth please. People are even starting to use them for spiritbonding now. Its making me dissatisfied.

Did you skip all the portions where I recommended reductions to Myth Costs or alternative expenditures? And, for your information, my suggestion for encouraging full clear gives a bonus +10 Myth to those dungeons.
By very definition... Yes one will always be faster than everything else, even by a few seconds. Not sure if you were trolling or what. And the problem here is that you want to do it "in the fastest way possible" and they made it so that people like you will take forever to do it.Ok, sure, this currency is unlimited (except for the 2k cap), sure, go ahead and get it all, but where? IN THE SAME GODDAMN PLACE WE'VE ALREADY BEEN GETTING IT FOR MONTHS!
The real problem here isn't the price itself, it's the fact that, in order to do it as fast as possible, there's only one place we can grind Myth at, and it's boring as hell.

Lol np... that's part of the problem I want to alleviate. I think they've gone too far with requiring MYTH, flat out. Let us explore some other content or grind through other means (except FATE's which we've gone overkill on too).
I can't wait to get one so I can be special like basically everyone else and ease my further myth farming for future novus weapons for other jobs.... :x

Seriously though, I don't mind working for something I want but... It just seems a bit anticlimactic. Most of the work is just a money sink, or some old content farm. Where the new stuff to do? I know there are some new treasure maps now that are related to the quest and I applaud that...cause wow... stuff that doesn't involve backtracking old dungeons or old fates we did a million times already while leveling is great.
I get the impression the devs count on you searching the web for guides on this to complete it (yet you really don't, it's just a matter of luck to get drops/etc). I wish there was something to either challenge or well...anything else besides just grinding stuff that was in the game already before this came out. I wish there was a bit more mystery or some puzzle to figure out to "win" a novus, but it eventually amounts to the grind that most of us do daily at our jobs, except, we don't get paid (technically we have to pay them to do it!).
