What can the playerbase that relies on UG cards do to keep on subbing for FFXIV ARR? As their services will be shutdown soon, this doesn't sound good for us non card users. Is there any future payment methods you guys are working on to help compensate this change? Or is this the end for some of us >.>" ?
Hopefully we'll get a reply soon as i rather be told something before this all happens than to be told something months after the shutdown of the playspan UG cards services.
If there is no solution to this, then a lot others and i will have to be forcefully unsubbed.
Sucks cuz i want to keep playing this game aswell as others.

Some people have cards that for whatever random reason aren't accepted and trying to use them on the mogstation gives you error codes and locks you out of trying to change your payment information for a day.

I have a debit card, but because I live in the UK it is not accepted. I could buy Game Time Cards to pay for my sub, but they only come in 2 month options, and I wouldn't be able to purchase any optional services

Because if there's ever a database breach on SE's end, your royally screwed for giving them your card info. As security gets more advanced, hackers get more advanced too.

When this happens, if anything happens, as long as you Are not oblivious and report any weird charges ASAP or close your old card you are fine.

If you don't want to use your own debit card, and you dont wish to use the game time cards (As Legacy players would not be getting their discount) then you could always use a prepaid Visa Card, Just load it up with how ever much money you want to and then go use it like a credit card. Put $30 on and buy crysta or something.

edit: I used this when i was 14 to play FFXI, I'd put my pocket money on every week so that i could pay for the game each month. The only details of mine it had was my name on the front and what ever money i chose to put in it.
