I haven't done PvP yet (even though I have it unlocked), so I don't know for certain, but is it Torn From the Heavens by Masayoshi Soken you're thinking of (a track which also appears during certain FATE battles, usually ones against high level NMs)?

The reason I suggest this is I watched a video of PvP on Youtube and that was the in-game track playing during the PvP battle depicted.

If it is indeed this track, it's easily available as part of the FFXIV ARR OST Bluray album (in fact, it's the second track on the album ).
