Won't let me get the bard quest

i leveled my archer to 30. did all class quests up until the actual bard one. its RED and wont let me accept it. i leveled the pugilist to 15 did all class quests. the next one isnt till 20. any ideas what im doing wrong?

Speak to the person with the red quest marker. It should show you what you are missing. Here's a list of things you might have overlook :

1 - Do you have the "Windbite" action for ARC? That's the one you get from the level 30 ARC quest.
2 - Do you have the "Touch of Death" action for PGL? That's the one you get from the level 15 PGL quest.
3 - Have you tried logging out then back in? Right now on your Lodestone page, you are listed as having PGL at level 1.
4 - Try getting just one last level as PGL. Maybe it will actualize your level correctly. Do the same with ARC if it doesn't work.

If nothing works, try filling a bug report.

Did you get your Bard Soul Stone? You have to equip it to start Bard Quests.

I think he's referring to the quest that gets the bard soul stone. Which is the very first bard quest.

Make sure you have done the L25 Class quest?
