Thread: 1.0 Titles Not Appearing

Yep, we are having the same problem. Our 1.0 titles weren't transferred either and from what i was informed today, those that didn't get them..... WON'T. I put in ANOTHER ticket about not receiving my 1.0 titles. I got the achievements but not the title. An explanation wasn't given so i replied raging why so many people would get their 1.0 titles, no problem but then some dont. I need that explained to me cuz that's crap! After my ticket was submitted, this is the response i got back from them:

We understand that you are contacting us in regards to the achievement titles that are not transferred from FINAL FANTASY XIV 1.0 to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. Unfortunately, we will have to inform you that even though all the achievements earned during 1.0 are being transferred to your character, the titles are not. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your gameplay, however we hope that if you will find yourself in need of GM assistance in the future to not hesitate to contact us once again.

I don't understand that? Why wouldn't the titles get transferred over? I see so many people with their 1.0 titles, so why is it that might wont get transferred? I'm confused... And why have the achievements if you can't have your title, then your work wasn't for much when most of them were FOR the titles. Please explain to me why some would have theirs but apparently some don't because i don't get it.




There is not much they CAN'T do, so why is it just a problem to transfer over something like a title when they can transfer everything else? Not like it's because they can't verify you really had it cuz like they said, they transferred the achievements so they can just check those to verify you got it and give it to you. This is how their loyal players get treated... way to screw over your long time, loyal customers.
