What are you talking about? SMN does not have good burst damage...it goes against the entire build of the class. The best they can do is Fester an already DoT'd target and then blow their stacks on Energy Drain with Ruin II in the mix. It's nowhere near what a BRD, DRG, or even BLM can put out (assuming healthy dose of Firestarter procs).
