A well played Dragoon is much more mobile than its punchy melee dps counterpart, thanks to all its jumps. There are quite a few neat tricks you can do, such as Elusive Jump out of an AOE to avoid a lot of damage and then Spineshatter right back in, using Spineshatter to land "on top" of an enemy and then immediately positioning behind for the Impulse Drive combo, using Ring of Thorns to deal a little aoe damage while moving around an enemy... All in all, they feel a lot more mobile due to their abilities.

I don't have DRG to 50 yet, but that's my impression.
