As to raiders feeling like they're being short changed by having something besides a once a week lockout dungeon to gear from that the majority of the playerbase doesn't see till well after it has been nerfed... Do I really need to point out how silly that argument would be?

The idea of it awarding cosmetic awards, I'd be irritated at wasted potential really. Not to mention crafters feeling shafted at the already slim vanity market getting cut down more. But if it awarded cosmetic awards on top of actual gear, say after you've done you daily allotment of fights you can do more for tin tokens to trade for cosmetics as much as you like, that I would actually like lol. Allows folks to continue doing hard solo fights as much as they like and still feel like they are getting something of value.

Titles are a given, Yoshi recently mentioned a new extreme mode fight that would kick 99% of the playerbases rear ends that would only reward with a title. I expect to see more of that in the future.

As I was reading your post, at the mention of not enough people being interested in hard fights I was thinking of bringing up Dark Souls sales figures, but you already mentioned it XD. Got all the acheivements in the first one myself. Loved playing with no shield relying on dodge and parry to win, too bad they made parry a pain in the rear in the second game. =(
