I agree with OP, people has to understand if they want to run a specific dungeon they can specify it on their Duty Finder, the bonus rewards from Dutty Rulette are for run a random dungeon where you are needed, havin this in mind it makes sence to set a penalty for Dutty Roulette apart from the other Dutty Finder options.

Way to fix this?; An exclusive 2 Hours penalty for people abandoning a Dutty Roulete wich doesnt affect the other Dutty finder options. (30 minutes penalty seems not serious enough for people to consider it).
