    You know... I wonder why people only ever mention Diabolos and Siren, what about Atomos?

    Diabolos and Siren at least get shine as final bosses, Atomos is just a pathetic subboss for Crystal Tower, completely unexplained... His appearance in 1.23b is still unexplained too, he was just there to give us an end of the world event, I guess... Really wish they'd just gone with XIs system of calling the existing ones Cavernous Maw, and later we could face the real Atomos, explaining the Cavernous Maws from 1.23b and Crystal Tower... Instead Atomos is just... Meh...

    He could have been an absolutely amazing boss, just like FFV. Something like a mix between Demon Wall, Decaying Gourmand, and Catoblepas; He targets a party member, and they start getting pulled into his maw every time he does a move, like Catoblepas he has a new target you can destroy to prevent that, if you fail to prevent it, he eats you like the Decaying Gourmand and you die instantly and get forced to Return like falling off at Demon Wall.
