So Diabolos (The Boss)

Actually that spire was used (and built) by the white mages of Amdapor as a prison for Diabolos. Diabolos himself was summoned by Amdapor's enemies in an attempt to destroy the city, but the white mages sealed him away instead.

Ah I see, I guess I never got that. Learning all kinds of lore tonight haha. I figured he brought all of the fungus and bugs, it makes more sense if he was a sealed weapon used against Ampadoor though since his powers revolve around gravity, and not bugs or pestilence.
