-Casual gaming, as nice as constant raiding is we are examples of people who can not commit to a structured schedule since we work rotating 12 hour shift nights which is opposite of the average player.

-Lax restrictions. company chest will be open to everyone, with crystals open to officers and gil only touched for agreed upon purposes of the free company.
-Less ranks! there are perks to loyalty but nothing that makes ranking a necessity.
-INVITE ANYONE. you have a friend but no one can bring him in for you? Do it yourself!
